How to Build a Village on the Moon

Scientists and engineers are looking at possible habitat designs for a lunar village that they hope to be able to build within the next decade. Fifty years after the first lunar landing, and forty-five after we turned our backs on the Moon, could we finally be breaking free of the years of going around in circles, to once again dream big dreams that have the power to stir men's souls?
